There are certain skills that prepare our students well for high school and beyond. Here are a few us Catholic educators are proud to nurture and develop in our students.
Our students at Resurrection Catholic school have an understanding of the importance of the Marian devotions and will be participating throughout the month. We also invite you to participate in this Month of Mary at home. Here are a few simple ways to get the family involved and share our love and appreciation of our beloved Mother.
Join us on Tuesday, March 23, for our First Annual Easter Egg Hunt starting at 6:30 pm on the lawn on Shelmire Ave. Grab a picture with our Easter Bunny, Try to win an Easter Basket in our hopping contest. Guess the number of jelly beans and win a prize. The Egg Hunt begins at 7:00 pm with children up to 5 years of age. After that, children ages 6-10 can jump in. All for FREE! There will be three "special Eggs containing HUGE CASH Prizes!
All parent conferences will be virtual this trimester. If you have not already signed up for a time slot, click on your child’s teacher’s name in the second column and select from available times. The zoom links for Thursday, December 10, and Friday, December 11, are listed in the third and fourth columns respectively. The PASSCODE is also listed if needed. Click on the link a few minutes before your scheduled conference time and launch the meeting. You will need to wait until the teacher lets you into the meeting, just like you would if you were coming into school only ! Prior to your conference, you will need to download your child’s report card. Report cards will be available on MSP beginning Wednesday, December 9. Log onto your account and click on Report Card under Modules. Your child’s report card should be listed. Please contact the school if you are having a problem downloading the report card.
Our annual Christmas concert and pageant will be held on Tuesday, December 17, 2019 at 7:00 pm in the Upper Church. Every class will be participating and we hope that all students will be able to attend. Students are to wear their school uniforms and report to the Lower Church at 6:40 PM. Please complete the permission form if your child is able to attend and return it to school by Thursday, December 12. 2019.
