Registration is ongoing BY APPOINTMENT ONLY 
Appointments can be made any time during the school day (8:30am - 2:00pm). Please contact Mrs. Bhatti at 215-742-1127 for an appointment.
Open registration will be available on Wednesday, February 5, 2025 from 3:30-6:30pm.  
More evening appointments will be added if needed.

 Please note: 

• Child must be 3 years old by 9/1/2025 to register for PreK 3
• Child must be 4 years old by 9/1/2025 to register for PreK 4
• Child must be 5 years old by 9/1/2025 to register for Kindergarten
• Child must be 6 years old by 9/1/2025 to register for Grade 1

 To complete the application process, the parent/guardian needs to bring the following:

• Original, certified birth certificate (raised seal, not a copy)
• Certificate of Baptism (if Catholic)
• Immunization Records
• Registration Fee (Nonrefundable) - $200 per family
• Custody papers, if applicable
• Letter from your pastor verifying that you are a contributing parishioner in good standing at your Catholic Church if you are not a member of Resurrection of Our Lord Parish and want the Catholic tuition rate
• If your child has an IEP, please submit the Evaluation Report and the most recent IEP.
• Students entering PreK, Kindergarten and Sixth Grade must submit a signed doctor’s form of a physical examination before the start of the school year. This form will be given to you.
• Students entering PreK, Kindergarten, First Grade, Third Grade and Seventh Grade must submit a signed dental examination before the start of the school year. This form will be given to you.

 
Students entering Grades 1 – 8 must present copies of their most recent report card at the time of application. An interview with the principal and testing may be required.
