Do I have to be Catholic?
No, you do not need to be Catholic to attend Resurrection Regional Catholic School in Northeast Philadelphia. Families of all faiths are welcome in our school community. However, our curriculum is rooted in the Catholic Faith and a large part of our mission is to help students grow in their faith journey. As a Catholic school, each student will be expected to participate in daily prayer, religious education, and mass services.
Is there financial aid available?
Yes, Resurrection Catholic School does have tuition fees. However, our private school education is made affordable through the various forms of tuition assistance available.
All families are encouraged to submit an aid application though FACTS. Check out the Archdiocese of Philadelphia website about information about grants and scholarships.

Do you offer breakfast and lunch programs?
Yes, breakfast and lunch are provided to our students through Nutritional Development Services at no cost to you. Here you can see the monthly lunch calendars.
Do you offer transportation?
Yes, all of our students are eligible for bus transportation except those students in the Pre-K and Kindergarten Program since our school is situated on a heavily trafficked route.
Parents should indicate their wish to request bus service at the time of registration. The school office will provide the list of requests to the Philadelphia School District in June. Parents should be contacted by the local school district prior to the opening of school with regards to scheduled routes and times.
Is there a preschool program?
Yes, Resurrection Regional Catholic School offers a Pre-K3 and Pre-K4 Program. Through our Pre-K3 and Pre-K4 programs, young students are engaged in age-appropriate learning and social activities. Trained and expert staff create a warm, loving and caring environment where students grow socially, spiritually and academically.
Is there an aftercare school program?
Yes, Resurrection Catholic School offers a cost effective and engaging before school and after school program called CARES. Staffed by teachers and staff, homework help is provided. The after school CARES program begins immediately at the end of the school day.

What extracurricular activities are available?
Resurrection School offers many extracurricular activities! These include: Community Service Projects, Song and Dance, Student Council, Student Choir, Yearbook Committee, Swim Team, CYO Sports, Chess Club, Cheerleading, Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts.
What sports are there?
CYO Sports are available to students through Resurrection of Our Lord Parish gym.
What specials are offered?
We offer technology classes, art classes, music classes, physical education and Library classes as special classes.
